[Biojava-dev] Redmine issues sent to biojava-dev?

Greetings,

The old Bugzilla system used to send new bug reports to the biojava-dev mailing list.  I submitted Bug #3282 in the Redmine system on 8/25/11 (https://redmine.open-bio.org/issues/3282) but did not see the same notification. Are Redmine bug reports reaching the appropriate individuals or lists? I apologize for the naïve question, but I cannot tell from the user interface.
