[Biojava-dev] biojava3.0alpha-1

Hi,

in preparation of the upcoming 3.0 release the first alpha build (
biojava3.0-alpha1 )  has been uploaded to the biojava servers.

The build is available from our maven repository at
http://www.biojava.org/download/maven/



Using Maven, releases can be made quickly now. Anybody with write access to
SVN can make a release with the following commands:

mvn release:clean release:prepare release:perform

I will make more alpha releases over the next weeks depending on the SVN
commits.
