Actually, can that idea.
It is far to sharp around the edges to be public.

Subject: [Biojava-dev] OntologySQL public?
Hello -
Would anyone object if I made OntologySQL public?? It's a really useful
class that is used to help BioSQLSequenceDB but it would be nice to be
able to use it's functionality directly to manipulate ontologies in a
BioSQL db allowing the design of an ontology manipulation client without
needing (or being limited by) BioSQlSequenceDB. Would it be horribly
dangerous to do this?
