Try taking a look at the demos/seqviewer examples from the biojava 
distribution. These give great examples of how to set up the biojava gui 
components.

Hi,

I require help in the use of  RectangularBeadRenderer in a SequencePanel.

RectangularBeadRenderer class has a method renderBead( Graphics2d, 
Feature, SequenceRenderContext) .

what should be passed as SequenceRenderContext object and what should be 
passed as Graphics2d obj.

any advise will be welcome.
