[Biojava-dev] Proposal for minor extension of BlastLikeDataSetCollection DTD

The current DTD does not permit the passing of a query description line 
even though it permits a hit description line to be passed.

I propose to add:-
<!ATTLIST biojava:QueryDescription
                    id             CDATA #REQUIRED
                    metaData       CDATA #REQUIRED >

and modify the header to:-

<!ELEMENT biojava:Header (biojava:RawOutput, QueryId?, QueryDescription?, 
DatabaseId? )>

Are there any objections?
