Hi, all.
It's me again. 
 
I'm a newbie in bioJava, but I'm a expert in Java.
 
I have other doubt, What are the facilities that I could use with the 
class Phred ... I'd like to get a file from the hard disk (phred format) 
and use it in my java aplication. It's possible???
