[Biojava-dev] biosql

Hi,

I'm having problems running the biosql tests. I think it boils down to 
the biosql test not finding the resources containing the database 
intialisation sql commands. Could someone who understands this test 
check out todays biojava, and take a guess as to what is going wrong?

ps I have been hacking the test and build.xml files arround, but in my 
defence, they were not working for me to begin with
