It's a good idea.
Does anyone know how to get the webserver to look at pages in the CVS
directory. Could it be as simple as a softlink?

Have you thought any more about putting the BioJava In Anger source
into CVS? That should make it easier for others to help keep it up to
date (and it'll even be possible get separate versions of BJIA for the
different BioJava branches).
