Notice - Change in the release format of the MGED Ontology from daml+oil to
OWL.

Hi all,

The ontology working group has reached a consensus on switching from
daml+oil to OWL as the main release format for the MGED Ontology. Version
1.1.9 is the last release planned in daml+oil, towards the end of August
2004. Subsequently, the ontology will be edited in the Protege/OWL
environment and released as an OWL file, tentatively version 1.2 around
September/October 2004.
