[Biojava-dev] Problems checking out from the CVS

Hi!

I am trying to do a check out of biojava-live from the CVS in Windows, but
I get an error:

Problem creating folder: /biojava-live/src/org/biocorba. A resource exists
with a different case: /biojava-live/src/org/Biocorba.

So there are two folders with identical name but different case, so
Windows cannot handle with that. It is possible to solve this?
