[Biojava-dev] Meme

Hello,

I tried to use the bio.program.Meme class, but I there is no
documentation of which kind the arguments have to be.

I guess that the SymbolTokenizer can be produced by
DNATools.getDNA().getTokenization("token") but
of which format should be the InputStream?
I'd like to read in a file, so how to format the sequences in it?
The source code don't give me the right hint.
