[Biojava-dev] javadoc checking

Hi,

Thanks Thomas for getting the nightly builds up again!

Would it be worth looking at this:
http://java.sun.com/developer/earlyAccess/doccheck/index.html

We could potentially run this as part of the nightly
build, and that way we get nagged about javadoc
errors.
