[Biojava-dev] URNs

Hi,

I have had a revamp of the obf naming spec today. I don't think there 
have been any implementations of this spec so far, so the revamp 
shouldn't have hurt anyone (famous last words).

There is a new package org.biojava.naming that implements a JNDI 
provider that exposes the informaton about obf URNs. I've added some 
unit tests, but more tests would be welcome.
