[Biojava-dev] AceDB and Java

Hi again, 

This is just a general call to anyone who uses / used java in conjunction 
with AceDB. I have an AceDb, and I dont want to use perl (AcePerl module).

What libraries did you use, (JADE or BioJava-AceDB) and how did they behave?
Where you using the newer version of AceDb which talks via sockets (as 
opposed to RPC)?
