Hi Thomas,
You right it did clear spontaneously. I just tried it again and it all
worked fine.
Now I can get down to adding the updated BioSQL files. I've added a
note to the main BioSQLSequenceDB file to indicate that it now only
supports the post Singapore (soon to be version 1.0) of the schema.
I will also add a check similar to your pre-Cape town test to verify
that the correct schema is being used.
