[Biojava-dev] build failure strangeness: bogus errors

Yup. My CLASSPATH is undefined and lib/ext is empty. That said, I did
a verbose compile and can see that another biojava.jar is being loaded
part way through the compilation. This is doubly wierd because it is
not even in a file named 'biojava.jar' and does not appear to be known
in any build file or my environment!

The problem is evidently at my end, but where, I'm not sure...
