[Biojava-dev] BioError Arguments

Hi -

Can I ask why the constructor for BioError went from BioError(Exception
ex, String message) in bj 1.30 to BioError(String message, Exception ex)
in BioJava live?

Is this just a mistake or is there a good reason? It seems to be an
uneeded API breakage.
