[Biojava-dev] gapped symbol list

Hi,

I've started on a renderer that understands gaps. If it is rendering for 
a gapped symbol list, it will render each ungapped block. This has the 
effect of 'snapping' features that cross a gap.

In the process, I've tinkered with the gapped classes and interfaces. 
Hopefully no old code has been broken.
