Hi...

The AceDB support lives in a separate module.  Take a look
at http://cvs.open-bio.org/ -- you want the biojava-acedb
CVS module.

The code is now rather old, and hasn't been supported for
some time.  It won't work without modification on the current
(1.3 release candidates) BioJava codebase.  I think it should
be alright with 1.2x releases, though.
