[Biojava-dev] Query

Respected Sir,
             I am a reserch associate doing project in the field 
of bioinformatics. I am using biojava for developing applications 
in bioinformatics.  I would like to know about the complete 
architecture of biojava, especially, the core classes used in 
almost every packages. I would be greatful to you if you could 
provide me with the above information
