[Biojava-dev] Xerces Dependency

Yes, that's definitely something to fix.  I'm sure I've
seen Biojava HEAD running (and testing) xercesless before.
Also, the autobuilder had a fixed classpath, without xerces.
How odd.

Only way I can think of that this might have slipped though
is if ant is passing its own classpath on to child processes.
Yuck.
