[Biojava-dev] [patch] (trivial) Fix for problematic ABITrace code

I hope this is the correct forum to post this.  If not somebody tell me and 
I'll keep quiet.

If ABITrace is given a non-abi file, it causes an 
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException instead of throwing an 
IllegalArgumentException.  Theoretically this fix will also make ABITrace 
work on old macs too (though I suspect nobody using ABITrace on an old mac 
is downloading files with 128 bytes of junk).
