[Biojava-dev] BioSQL for oracle.

Hello all.
 Is the Biojava/biosql flavour has ever been ported to oracle ?
 If not, i'am working on it.
 I am currently porting this DDL
http://www.biojava.org/download/biosql/biosqldb-pg.sql
 to oracle.

 
 Did I choose the right start ?
 If so, I guess new code will have to be written and older changed in
order to make all 
biojava-live/src/org/biojava/bio/seq/db/biosql db related classes to
work with oracle.

First, the table named 'comment' cannot be declared in oracle, since
'comment' is an oracle reserved keyword.

Does anyone has interest in seeing biosql classes adapted to be
oracle-compliant ?
