[Biojava-dev] Writing to AceDB with Java

I have beenl ooking through the AceDB code, and it is not comparing to the 
API Doc:

Which is a bit rough. However, I could probably go back versions until I get 
a match. This just seems odd though. What I am doing is looking through the 
source of the new code. There isnt some other API doc somewhere else is there?

My real question is how do I write AceObject to a DB with the most recent 
API? 
As in, what method, what command etc.
