[Biojava-dev] JUnit test error on zip files

Eeek, this may even have been my fault. I remember cheking in some stuff a while ago that spontaneously also updates some of the test stuff without me even asking it too. Somehow I suspect I mistakenly downloaded the zip files as text and then CVS generously updated them as text for me.
Just a theory, not too sure how this could happen though.

I seem to be getting the same failures, but my checkout has -k binary
flags for those files. They have definitely changed, though...
