Hi Asha,

Sure. Follow the web cvs link on the web site (biojava.org) and check 
out the source-code version of biojava-live. Once you have had a look 
arround, then post back to the list with some ideas about what you would 
like to work on. Do you already have any ideas what you would like to 
contribute?
