[Biojava-dev] Format interface

Hi -

I am doing some work with file parsers and I noticed that the *Format
objects in the seq.io pacakge contain a number of common methods. Would
it be sensible to make a Format interface so that Format objects can be
used in a plug and play manner for more generic file handling
applications?
