[Biojava-dev] numbering gaps vs elements

Hi Doug,
Zero-based numbering of gaps is slated as one of the
incompattible changes we hope to introduce in biojava
V2. We can't realy change this on the biojava 1.*
series without either introducing silent
inconsistencies or breaking applications.
