[Biojava-dev] sequence DB mess

Hi,

We have NCBISequenceDB, WebSequenceDB, {Genbank,
Genpept, Swissprot}SequenceDB all doing similar or
overlapping things. Could we rationalize pre release?

I'm unsure which of these work, or are used. Any
ideas?
