Hi Mark,

I have merged parts of the trunk with the 1.2 release branch. If someone 
can run the JUnit tests (they won't work for some reason for me), then 
we can get the 1.22 maintainance release out of the door. It would be a 
good idea to put out a snapshot at the same time as trunk biojava is 
quite a  bit more exciting than the 1.2 branch.

Is there anyone who wants to become our release guru? We should realy 
have a cron job that makes nightly or weekly snapshots.
