[Biojava-dev] module biojava-ensembl fails to build

Because of recent changes in Changeable in biojava.  It looks like there's a
new method on Changeable I just need to add but if anyone can summarize the
changes I'd appreciate it.  Also, I don't have commit privileges. If I shoot
diffs to the list can someone apply them?
