Please feel free to put all IDLs into the bioPerl/bioCORBA CVS
repository. Actually Ewan asked me to do it sometime ago already (Sorry
Ewan :-)).

I do not have much reservations. Here is my wish list:
- Better module names. Especially bsane is should be changed to
BioObjects or
something better. Suggestions?
- SeqFeatureLocation name is too "specialized". It should be
SeqLocation
There are also cases where we use word region. Those should be
changed to
location (or vice versa)
- Is the location operator useful anymore? Should we get rid of it?
Other thing is then that we would like to align the BSANE with the
MAGE-OM. It would be nice to reuse same entities. However we do not know
yet how far to go. More hands-on experience is needed (also these
iteratons do not seem to have an end). Martin has asked 3 months
extension for the revised submission because of that.
