OK - It shouldn't hang now.

A silly bug on my part. Since EMBL SeqFeatures don't have sub_SeqFeatures,
this should have been creating and returning an array of length zero
(which it wasn't).


I've also just noticed that I did *not* implement the get_PrimarySeq()  
method of SeqFeature. I chose to always return <false> for the
'has_PrimarySeq()' and made my life a little easier. I will try to look at
this again later this week.
