[Biocorba-l] CosProperty and qualifiers (was: CosProperty...)

It seems that in the possible new IDL version the CosProprties are only
used with Annotation.qualifiers, as already defined in the BSA
The qualifiers are needed to maintain compatibility with the EMBL FT
format (please correct me if I am wrong). So perhaps we can then just
start to use strings for the values instead of anys? ...Or then get rid
of the qualifiers...? Qualifiers may be as bad thing as the composite
annotations?
