[Biocorba-l] going for bioperl biocorba 0.2 compliance

I'm not sure about the biocorba-idls version (no CVS access right now),
but I used the version at:
http://industry.ebi.ac.uk/~alan/BioCorba-0.2.0/BioCorba-0.2.idl
for the biopython stuff. I had a slightly different version from somewhere
(possibly from CVS), but this seems to be the most up-to-date version and
is also what I think Alan used for his EMBL server.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but I personally would be happy to see
IDL changes as we work if we discover things we want to change. Now is
definately the time to change them before anyone relies on the IDL for
actual work (which I will eventually -- but I'm not sure if my research
counts as real work :-). It is no big deal for me to make changes to the
Biopython stuff now to incorporate new ideas.
