The master branch will be in sync with main GNU Guix. When you submit
a pull request I'll try and rebase it into master Guix style and it
may go upstream.

We'll create one or more separate repositories for packages that won't
go upstream i.e. for those academic software packages with restricted
and or silly licenses. Adding that repository to the GUIX path will
simply add it to the build environment. 

I added

  https://github.com/genenetwork/guix-bioinformatics-nonfree

to make it clear what software ought to be relicensed. 

Use the Wiki and issue tracker.
