[EMBOSS] jemboss installation on irix 6.5.26

Greeting all,

  I'm currently trying to setup a jemboss client-server in sgi machine (irix
6.5.26).  I have read documentation and download tomcat 5.5, emboss
4.1.0and xml-axis
1.0 (for soap).  But I can't seems to set the program to run together.  I am
a bit new to irix system but I'm sure i can tackle if pointed the right
direction.
  Does anybody have a detail explaination of how to install in sgi?
