I have followed "Setting up a Simple Sequence Feature DAS Server v1.2.doc" (http://www.ensembl.org/Docs/das_server_v1.2.pdf), but not sure if this is working properly. What could be the best client tool to test this, nowadays? Also, I will be thankful if anyone can provide the most recent version of howto docs on DAS installation. Thanks for any reply. (we are curently installing a new DAS server) Thank you for your reply.
