[BioSQL-l] Checking bioperl-db version number

I don't think bioperl-db has a specific version separate from BioPerl,  
at least not anymore.  As you found you'll get 1.005002102 (i.e.  
1.5.2), which corresponds to the bioperl-core version installed.
