Hi, I have uploaded the swissprot flatfile (uniprot_sprot.dat) into the biosql scheme using load_seqdatabase.pl. Now I'm searching for the swissprot gene names in the bioseqdb-tables. I cannot find them in the bioentry table. Aren't them included? Stefan
