Yes, known issue: http://news.open-bio.org/news/2012/11/server-transition-to-aws/ http://lists.open-bio.org/pipermail/open-bio-l/2012-November/000873.html Currently BioRuby.org is still on the old server, and as far as I know everything is working except the wiki. Moving the site to an Amazon Virtual Machine as done for BioPerl, Biopython, etc isn't quite so simple because there are additional services on the BioRuby site. Regards, Peter P.S. Could anyone involved in looking after bioruby.org please make sure you are on the root-l mailing list - thanks. http://lists.open-bio.org/mailman/listinfo/root-l From donttrustben at gmail.com Mon Nov 12 02:59:02 2012 From: donttrustben at gmail.com (Ben Woodcroft) Date: Mon, 12 Nov 2012 12:59:02 +1000 Subject: [BioRuby] http://bioruby.open-bio.org/wiki/ down?
