From mmhohman at northwestern.edu Tue Sep 21 15:53:47 2004 From: mmhohman at northwestern.edu (Moses Hohman) Date: Tue Sep 21 15:53:45 2004 Subject: [BioRuby] activity and contributing Message-ID: Hi, I'd like to contribute to the bioruby project, both because I'm interested in using Ruby more, and because it looks like bioruby needs more contribution than the other openbio projects. Is this project still under active development? The mailing list doesn't seem too active lately. I thought about maybe contributing some unit tests for the existing code, since right now there don't seem to be any. Would this be useful? Are there other ways I might contribute? thanks in advance, Moses From ktym at hgc.jp Tue Sep 21 20:22:55 2004 From: ktym at hgc.jp (Toshiaki Katayama) Date: Tue Sep 21 20:23:00 2004 Subject: [BioRuby] activity and contributing In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: <8C89256D-0C2D-11D9-9CD1-000A95CA1390@hgc.jp> Hi Moses, Unit tests are most welcome! I couldn't spare enough time after the last release, however, we are trying to be active in development. :) Regards, Toshiaki Katayama On 2004/09/22, at 4:53, Moses Hohman wrote: > Hi, > > I'd like to contribute to the bioruby project, both because I'm > interested in using Ruby more, and because it looks like bioruby needs > more contribution than the other openbio projects.
