[Biopython] saving multiple pdb files to the same output pdb file

Hello everyone,

I’m a novice in biopython and I wanted to ask what’s the best what to save multiple pdb files in the same pdb file as output. I apologise in advance if this is a silly question to more seasoned users.

For example, I would like to combine two pdb files in the same file as the output of a script.
