[Biopython] Experimental Version Installation Problem: Structure Module Not Installed

Hi Souparno,

This module is *not* (yet at least) part of the biopython distribution. You
should contact the author directly for now.

But, long story short, you need to edit setup.py and add the folder path
(look for where other modules are defined).
