[Biopython] GSoC 2015: Interactive visualisations for GenomeDiagram

Hi Lucas,

If the PSF was willing, that would be great. Once we have a realistic
project topic (even just an outline), student and mentor lined up we
could ask the PSF (or any other relevant umbrella organisation depending
on the topic).

But if we have no suitable mentors from within the Biopython community
for a project, it won't go anywhere for Google Summer of Code :(
