[Biopython] comparing trees

Thanks for the response Chris.
I use the majority consensus and the symmetric difference in dendropy...
   they don't seem to have any others.

I find it bizarre that these are written in the wiki under "TODO:".   I
thought that meant the documentation was TODO, not the code!
