[Biopython] PyPy 1.8 support?

Done on TravisCI, but easy to revert:
https://github.com/biopython/biopython/commit/126c944812730df4677c8fa2f63abc29ddd084bb

One reason was the previous build failed due to a timeout
fetching PyPy for a custom install. Now we use the TravisCI
provided PyPy which should avoid that issue.

(It still happens for Jython sometimes).
