[Biopython] Proteomics tools in biopython

There may be potential but I don't have the time to get organized for this year. We shall see how things progress.

Sounds great to me! Since Google Summer of Code is coming up soon, do you see an opportunity to take on a student to help out with this work or build something on top of it?
