I have a question... is it possible to save a file txt or better a matrix with all coordinates of the atoms ? For example... ATOM1 C 16 27 32ATOM2 CA 18 45 55ATOMN .. ... ... ... and save it like a txt file or a matrix N*3? Can you help me,please??? :)
