[Biopython] Pulling Alignment From PSI-Blast Output

Hello,

only recently I stumbled upon CSI-Blast, which runs on top of PSI-Blast
but claims to be more sensitive and to need less iterations.
It has an option to output the multiple alignment of good hits.
